"A film is - or should be - more like music than like fiction. It should be a progression of moods and feelings. The theme, what's behind the emotion, the meaning, all that comes later." -- Stanley Kubrick

ㅤhow does it work?ㅤ
STEP 1: APPLYING
---
We will announce a project and post the Google application form. Two application forms will be posted. One for cast, another for crew. You will fill out the form accordingly. The form typically looks different depending on the project but standard questions include "Why do you want to play the character you've chosen?", "What would you bring to the character?" and "What drew you in to this particular project?" Casting typically closes after about a week or two. Following the closure, we review the applications and select who best represents the character.
Step 3: Production
---
An Unreal Production can be as hands-on or off as you'd like it to be. You may roleplay the experience according to the schedule or participate only via posting on the timeline. Productions have two group-chats. A mandatory group for announcements and an optional cast/crew group for chatting, roleplaying, etc. Completely up to your choosing. Cast and crew members MUST post at least one photo MINIMUM for filming weeks, one for media week and one for release.
STEP 2: PRE-PRODUCTION
---
All parties will be notified publicly of their casting via an announcement on our main feed. Once all roles have been announced, we will post the production schedule and all necessary information relating to the project via Twitter. Attached to the schedule will be a Google form. This form is MANDATORY to sign and tells me whether or not you've read the needed information to participate. Any and all parties who fail to sign the form will be dropped from the project.
Step 4: Release
---
After our production has concluded, there will be a red carpet event and interviews. Necessary info regarding these events will be provided via the group chat and our main feed. Please understand that mandatory participation in Unreal productions means attending events and promoting the project you've signed up for. We're very accommodating with time and irl responsibilities but attendance is necessary for at least one event.
